Shipping policy

Shipping is never free. Every package sent costs something – regardless of the value of the goods shipped. Therefore, we charge fair shipping costs for all orders whenever possible:

 

Shipping within Germany

4.95 € / delivery time 2–3 business days from shipping date

Shipping within the EU

9 € / delivery time 3–4 business days from shipping date

Shipping to Switzerland, including customs clearance

7 CHF / delivery time 4–6 business days from shipping date.

 

Shipping to Liechtenstein, including customs clearance

7 CHF / delivery time 4–6 business days from shipping date. 

 

Customs and import fees

Products shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the destination country ("import fees"). These are usually due as soon as the package arrives in the destination country. The recipient is responsible for paying these fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs and cannot specify the exact amount in advance, as customs regulations and import fees vary from country to country. It is therefore advisable to check with your local customs office about the current fees before ordering to avoid unexpected costs. If you refuse a shipment from Flybaby, you will bear the original shipping costs, the incurred import fees, and the return shipping costs to Flybaby. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.
