Order

We accept payments using the following payment methods:

Shipment
Shipping is never free. Every package sent costs something - regardless of the value of the goods being sent. That's why we charge the fairest possible shipping costs for all orders:
All standard shipments with DHL to Germany are free of shipping costs.
Shipping costs for European shipments are automatically added during the ordering process.

Delivery date, delivery restrictions
Delivery will take place within 5 working days at the latest (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the payment order has been issued to the transferring credit institution (in the case of advance payment) or after the contract has been concluded (in the case of cash on delivery or purchase on account). If there are delivery restrictions for a product, we will indicate this in the product offer.
return
Returns are costly for companies, both financially and environmentally. Every returned package requires a lot of time and resources for postage, checking, processing and reselling. At Flybaby, we are committed to conscious consumption. Therefore, we charge a fair flat rate of €6.00 for every return from Germany.
Return
If you would like to return an order, we will of course be happy to help you. Send us an email with your order number to retoure@flybaby.berlin and we will send you a return slip. Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note, however, that we can only accept flawless items that are in their original condition - that means unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

The return costs of €6.00 are to be borne by the customer.
Return from the EU
The return costs of €12.00 are to be borne by the customer.
Return from Switzerland
The return costs of €16.00 are to be borne by the customer.
Return from Lichtenstein
The return costs of €15.00 are to be borne by the customer.
United Kingdom
The return costs of 13 GBP the customer bears

Once your return has been received and inspected, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
