If your Flybaby product does not meet your expectations, you can return it in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Unfortunately, direct exchanges are not possible.

Here's how the returns portal works:

  1. Start your return by the button above or here, and fill out the form completely. You can find your order number on your invoice or in the shipping confirmation email.
  2. You will then receive your return label via email and as a QR code. Please return the item in its original packaging if possible—you will need to provide your own replacement packaging.
  3. Affix the return label to your package in a clearly visible spot and drop it off at the appropriate shipping carrier—alternatively, you can also show the QR code at the post office or a package drop-off location.

Returns from Germany – €6 We'll generate your return label right here on the portal. The €6 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns from the EU – €9 We'll generate your return label right here on the portal. The €9 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns from Switzerland: Start your return through the portal—you’ll find the return address there. You are responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering any associated shipping costs.


Complaint

If you notice a defect in your product that is not due to wear and tear or your own fault, please submit your claim directly through our portal.
