Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Flybaby GmbH ℅ Greenfillment, Am Bohldamm 6A, 14959 Trebbin, Email: support@flybaby.berlin, Tel: 004930235919004) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

You can also complete and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website. If you choose this option, we will send you an immediate confirmation (e.g., via email) of the receipt of such withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to Flybaby GmbH ℅ Greenfillment, Am Bohldamm 6A, 14959 Trebbin, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You are only required to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
